Job Description
- Survey, collect requirements and agree with Customers
- Analyze and define scope of business requirements, user requirements, functional requirements of products, services with Customers or partners or requirements departments
- Analysis, construction, description/function specification of the application and business from customer information
- Agreeing with Customer with specification documents
- Evaluate business documents according to agreed tasks
- Review and evaluate products before shipping to customers (If any)
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from university majoring in IT or international training centers for programmers
- Experience in business analysis
- Having deep knowledge and experience in understanding and studying process and business documents
- Having a background in information technology and software development
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure
- Knowledge of software development process (Agile, Waterfall,…)
- Ability to model by mind map (Mind map) and use design tools such as Visio, Enterprise Architecture, Edraw Max
- Preference will be given to candidates with UI/UX knowledge, ability to build prototypes and visual design of products, and knowledge of system DFD data flow design
- Active and progressive at work
